Sadhya

Bored of the everyday biriyani, & chicken, mutton curry. Today had a different lunch. Well this is a south Indian dish called Sadhya, served on Banana leaf its very common in Kerala I think. It consists of Achar, Thoran, Aviyal, Pichadi, Papad, Sambar, Boiled Rice (Matta) Curd, and Payasam. Some of those are Malayalam names I guess, but it was a nice change of taste, liked it.

Wadia College

This is my College at pune, lovely memories... The old Chai Ki Tapri , then the college canteen, it served very good samosaa pav, Veg Thali, we all use to love it. The Tata assembly hall, the big class rooms, huge lovely ground, the corridors, the big labs, the notice boards, the library, the gymkhana, the pavilion, it was all big fun.

The coolest most happening place used to be the tank in between Nowrosjee & Cusrow we used to hangout there, now they have built another building there. One more was the stairs back side of Bank of Baroda at the back gate, then who can forget the CD… Cafe Delite. The Valentines Day was a big festival, celebrated like a fancy dress.

Our short trips to Khadakwasla , Shihagad , Lonawala. The Movies at Alankar ,Victory & Westend, Hum Aaap Ke hai kaun so many times, Andaz Apna Apna & Karan Arjun was a treat, The Evel Dead in hindi was a comedy show.
